Noe Martinez Jr., who graduated from Harlingen High School South in May, earned his Eagle Scout rank by making improvements to Hugh Ramsey Nature Park in Harlingen. He will be attending Texas A&M University – Kingsville Honors College in the fall. He will study physics and plans to major in aerospace engineering
